This is a scarce mono soul r&b lp record by Sam Cooke titled "The Best Of". This is on the RCA Victor record label #LPM 2625.  Condition is vintage factory sealed. The cover and shrink wrap are excellent! There is no writing, tears, splits, stickers or cut out holes to the cover. This is a very nice and hard to find record to add to your collection! Please see 2 photos!
