This is what I believe to be an original pressing.  I stress from the outset I am not a Blue Note collector so I am no expert in the various pressings but this is what I base the pressing information on;

Old Style paste on sleeve.  Address on Sleeve is 43 West 61st St., New York 23

Address on labels Blue Note Records Inc New York USA

Run Out groove includes the tell-tale 'Ear' mark which is actually an "S" denoting the pressing plant (as I understand it).  Matrix numbers on the run out are Side 1 BNST 84184A Side 2 BNST 84184B both sides have 'Van Gelder' stamped into the runout and 'Stereo' stamped opposite.

Condition is Vinyl VG+ and Cover VG+.  The vinyl is still quite glossy although would certainly benefit from a good clean.  I have just taken the worst of the dust off it.  There are quite a lot of minor surface scratches and scuffs but nothing deep and nothing audible on my turntable - it plays nice and clear.  There are some spindle marks but not that much and the labels are clean.  The most significant problem is that there is what looks like a bite out of the side of the record which is about 1cm long.  I have included a photo so you can see what I mean.  Fortunately however it does not impinge on the start of the first track but only clips the run in groove so whilst it is a bit unsightly it does not affect play.

Cover has no seam splits and very little age wear although there is some starting at the corners and some creasing to the sleeve.  The back is pretty clean with a couple of scuffs.  What looks like the original inner sleeve is still with the record, headed Blue Note the finest in Jazz since 1939 and with black and white illustrations of current releases. All three sides are split so whilst it is pretty clean and holds together I will include an antistatic sleeve for the record and put the original picture inner sleeve in separately.

So there you go, looks like an original to me and hopefully above is enough information for you to decide what it is worth.
