Ok folks, here is my other ULTRA RARITY of the highest order,the legendary Samantha Promotions LP SPLP 102A ( Volume 2)
Again one of THE rarest records in the field,a true holy grail for UK prog / psych collectors.
Painfully rare with only 50 copies made, can't be many more left to surface now..
The music is as good as you would hope - all tracks are on youtube ( not my copy) to have a listen.
SIDE ONE - Fringe Benefit / Amalgamation / Harolds Pipe / Euphoria / Telegraph / Lord Ruben
SIDE TWO - Black Thorne Winter /Free Expression / Spectromatic / Son Of Man / Kat / Smokey Bacon
Played just a couple of times..
Record is in superb glossy VG+ condition - Some paper scuffs & light marks - a couple of long ones, not affecting play - still glossy & crisp.
Record plays VG+ to EX aurally - two soft pops near the start on the Free Expression track 5 of of 10 on the loudness scale.. otherwise great !
Labels are bright,sharp & crisp - a couple very light spindle marks on both sides.
Sleeve is in VG+ condition - slight light wrinkles on both sides & light ringwear (as seem to be on the few that have turned up)The tip of the top left hand corner has had a nibble taken out, see pics.No splits or rips - still bright & sharp, laminate still glossy.
Original paper inner with plastic liners. ( plastic not degraded, still fresh)
So there you go then - another total winner, a once in a life time record to own !
Record will be sent out of it's sleeve to avoid splits in the sleeve, registered & insured in a heavy duty quality packed mailer.
No problem to collect from sunny south Manchester or the well insured postages are ...
