Description

Here is a very nice Samhain Initium 12-inch record. This is the rare late 4th pressing from 1989 (Black vinyl copies with PL9-04 A S-25533 M3 in A-side matrix and "PL9-04 B S-25534 M3 in B-side matrix. LP center labels are glossy and include "C&P Evilive Music." Early 4th pressings use the 3rd pressing sleeve. Later pressings include a bar code on the sleeve. Cover is in Excellent Condition and still has the original shrink wrap on it. Record is in excellent shape as well. Please let me know if you have any questions.
