Description

Rare early pressing with large ring in center. No lyric sheet. Vinyl and sleeve are solid/conservative VG+

This is an early pressing with a large ring around the center hole.

There are two known variations:
1. Sharp edge - may include lyric sheet
2. Flat edge.

This is the only pressing to be issued with a lyric sheet. Many of the lyric sheets have been removed by collectors who inserted them in their marbled and white first pressings.

This is often considered to be a first press, but there is no evidence for that. We know that in order to get records for their tour, the band drove to Europadisk and had the initial pressing made in front of them. This pressing has a small ring in the center, and some copies have white streaks, white marbling, or are completely white, as white pellets were added to the press. This pressing would have either been made after the band left Europadisk for tour (maybe they ordered 1000 and but only pressed a few hundred for the tour), or it is a first pressing that was pressed on a different machine.
