Here is a very rare Samhain Initium 12-inch record. This is the rare 3rd press plain TEXT Center Label version from 1989. Black Vinyl PL-904 with "6-23-89" (instead of "8/84") & (M3 ectchings on both sides) in matrix and Caroline address and Plan 9 logo on sleeve. Cover shows a bit of light wear with some creases here and there and a slight bit of edge wear but no seam splits or anything major. Record is in Very good shape and sounds great.
