Shipping:

We ship via USPS, usually within 1 business day. Items under 4 ounces will be shipped using  1st Class Mail (unless stated otherwise) and will include tracking. Items over 4 ounces will  be shipped using Media Mail with tracking.   Payment Policy:   We accept immediate payment via US PayPal accounts. PayPal allows you to pay using a  major credit card, debit card or direct transfer from your checking account. As per the law, all purchases shipped to California will have 9.25% sales tax added.


Return Policy: 

30 days (excluding software) Items must be returned in same condition as sent.

Defects: 

All our media is guaranteed to play perfectly (excluding downloadable and/or  online content/features). We do not refund shipping costs in cases of buyer's remorse.  If any of our listing include "free Shipping" our cost of shipping (usually about $3) will  be deducted from your refund.
