Selling-up my record collection. I got this 4-LP set second-hand, not very long after the 1985 date of release. The first serious posthumous collection of Sandy's best released and unreleased recordings. And possibly still the longest one ever on vinyl! I think this example was made in USA.

Pictures are my own photos of the items for sale. Photos are part of the description, have a good look.

Box / cover - Hinged box - shows various wear, small sticker removal top right of front, top left corner of lid is split, other corners are worn. Box inner has a split at top. There is a book of lyrics and photos, in excellent condition.

Records - I've had a careful look at these. Sides 2, 3 and 4 don't have any damage or problems that I can see. Side 1 has a light scuff on tracks 5 and 6, and a light scratch on track 1. Side 5 has a short heavy scratch just on the lead-in, not on the music grooves. Side 6 has a light scratch going along the grooves on track 5, and a very light scratch on tracks 2 and 3. Side 7 does not have any damage, but there are a few tiny inclusions in the vinyl - like metal dust - on tracks 1,2 and 3. Disk 8 has a very small scratch or mark on track 1. So just a few little flaws altogether, across 8 sides.

When I'm checking for damage on records, I look at them carefully with my reading glasses on, in good daylight. This method detects any bits of damage that will affect what you hear when listening to it - and lots that are not audible. Using a spotlight or direct sunlight shows more surfacey marks sometimes, but I don't do that - records are for listening to, not trying to see your face in.

I don't mail things personally, to countries outside the UK - ( I mean it, don't ask) - but I am happy to use E-Bay UK's Global Shipping Program, for sending things abroad.

Under this scheme, I send the parcel to an e-bay depot in UK, and they forward it to the overseas buyer.

They have a tracked courier service, for the journey from their UK depot, to the buyer.

This means that I can ONLY accept payments through e-bay (Pay Now button), and I can't send invoices. Combined postage may or may not be possible through the Program - if e-bay shows combined postage for their courier job, I'll do combined postage for the transit inside UK. I can't see information about this until you pay.

International buyers should be able to see a postage cost to their country, you may have to input your location, if your country is included in the scheme.
