Schubert Cello Sonata Maurice Gendron UK Decca LXT
Cellist Maurice Gendron, and Jean Francaix performs Schubert’s "Cello Sonata" and Schumann’s "Fantasiestucke" and Drei Romanzen" on arrangements for Cello and Piano. An English mono pressing on the Decca Label (LXT 2857 Stampers 1A/2A), the labels are orange with gold lettering and this is a "pancake" pressing. The record has a few minor scuffs and greyish rub marks. There is some marks at the start of side one that cause some crackle, and is of very good appearance and plays and sounds superb with fairly consistent low level surface noise and crackle. The cover has some minor wear. Payment by credit card, or Paypal is preferred –direct debit available to Australian buyers. Postage by Standard Airmail (7 to 10 days) to the U.S. or Asia is $8.50 - slightly more to Europe and elsewhere. Add $2.50 only for each additional record purchased from my auction.
