We are open 10am to 4pm six days a week Monday to Saturday.

Q - Will you combine postage costs if I win multiple items?
A - Yes if you contact us once you have won the items, we will let you know the combined postage costs prior to you making payment, unless it exceeds our maximum postage allowance.
Q - Will I be able to return the item and get a refund if it is broke or I am not satisfied?

Q – Can I pay a buy it now price
A - Once the bidding starts we let the auction run to be fair to all, so NO buy it now price.
Wednesday Evening Auction for Bolton Hospice items prefixed with a Z can be collected from Furniture plus Unit 3 Morston Point Bolton BL2 1HA. We are open seven days a week 10am to 4pm.
We will hold items for 10 days if uncollected within this time we will refund your item value.
