Up for auction is a very nice vinyl record by THE SECOND TIME titled SELF TITLED S/T DEBUT LP 1968 US Pressing on CAPITOL Records ALUMINUM CENTERED ACETATE RECORD hand printed paper center labels TWELVE (12) SONG 33rpm LP ACETATE RECORD only eleven songs play as the first song has damage UNRELEASED / NEVER ISSUED as far as i can detect
reportedly this group was on the teen screen OST flick WILD IN THE STREETS, there is one song from a split single on discogs, which is included on this acetate typical Mike Curb styled late 60's teen dance rebel pop the unreleased songs on the album are similar to the one song on discogs 'Listen To The Music' by The Second Time songs could possibly be 'clean up' some in a proper studio
WORN OUT FORMALLY PLAYED CONDITION very bad condition, a chuck of acetate film is missing torn off on the first song on one side (see photos) there is lots of multiple scuffs and scrapes and scratches as if being a 'kids' record for a number of siblings actually i was able to sample the entire album minus the first song on one side, quite a bit of background surface noise NO OUTER SLEEVE OR COVER INCLUDED
