Septic Death "Now That I Have The Attention What Do I Do With It?" LP, original first edition US/UK pressing on Pusmort Records, 1986. Comes with original printed inner sleeve. Outer sleeve has a little waviness from (I believe) moisture on the right side. Printed inner sleeve also has waviness from moisture.
