Septic Death - Uncontrollable Proof 5" on transparent blue vinyl with with gatefold Pushead graphic across the cover, also gatefold vellum insert, also with bacteria sour cardstock insert with the vinyl color and "Pushead" signed in pencil, also with Septic Death sticker, also with clear insert with Septic Death printed in gold on one side and blue on the reverse, 79 copies pressed NM condition.
