Description

New Seller, old records. Up For Auction is a decent playing and sounding copy of
The SHANGRI-LAS, LEADER OF THE PACK LP. Original US Pressing in MONO.
Great teenage rebel female vocal RIOT-GRRRL action way before the name emerged.

THE SHANGRI-LAS
LEADER OF THE PACK LP, Twelve (12) songs
1965 US PRESSING on RED BIRD RECORDS RB 20-101
12" 33rpm Vinyl Record Album is VG+ due to some scuffs, light scratches
LP Plays and Sounds Great. Outer Cover Jacket grades VG+ or nicer,

Visually vinyl record album has some scuffs, light scratches and hairlines.
As if for a short time this LP may have been played stacked-up, record-to-record.
This LP is not beat, just has some visible marks which do not effect sound or playback. Visually Grades VG+ on Side "A",  VG+ on the "B" Side.
There is no tics, pops, background noise or hiss, Play grades in the VG++ range.
Decent looking shine, sheen and hi-gloss, maybe not brand new looking, but decent.
Center label looks clean, has light spindle marks on the "A" Side,
Center hole has a nice and sharp center hole to paper label edge.
Overall this LP is not MINT MINUS or VG++, but a decent sounding
and playing copy which grades VG+,

Outer cover jacket is in the same overall condition as the LP,
Good, Bad but not Evil, Has light to some shelf and age wear.
Some wear along bottom seam, visible small 3" inch crease or bend near bottom
left corner on front cover, break-free spline and seams,  corners have light wear.
back cover has visible ring wear impression near top seam edge, none at bottom.
Overall a decent looking outer cover which like the LP grades VG+, yet in all
reality actually looks much nicer and should grade a notch higher.
