There are light surface scuffs, no major scratches or gouges. The shellac surface is not rotten or falling off. Found at an estate sale here in Los Angeles. This seems to be a studio acetate, not a cheap duplicate. The thing is payed out like a 45, it spins at 45, and the grooves are cut deep like a 45. This is one sided, only one song. This might have been a master for plating. I have researched this artist, title and publisher and there is NOTHING online. This could be the only copy of this song that exists. This has a Phil Spector vibe to the song and classic girl group teen mellow drama in the lyrics. For an unknown recording this doesn't sound like a budget production, being it is from the famous Regent Sound Studios of New York and there are string arrangements.
