DESCRIPTION:
This is an extremely rare test pressing from the “Deroy” Sound Service, known for its psychedelic releases in very limited numbers. Most pressings were made in quantities of less than 100. This one is a collection of songs written by and performed by members of the 1969 Sheffield University Department of Psychology. Inside jokes and academic references abound. Most songs are recorded in either a music hall sound or “filk” on acoustic guitar. All songs are vocal along with a few moments of comedic dialogue. Performers/songwriters may include Neville Moray and Jon Baggaley with nods to Harry Kay, Freud, Skinner and many other prominent psychologists.
Message me to hear samples of every single song.
Plays without any skips and light static that is never overpowering. The record is shiny with some light scrape marks and tiny scratches. The labels are clean with no writing or stickers. Comes in a generic white cardboard sleeve.
The photos are of the actual item, taken myself. This item is used and previously owned.
