Description

 This is a rare Direct Disc pressing from the early 70's. Sheffield labs S-9. made without a tape recorder, direct from studio performance to Master Lathe. Each master is good for a only a few pressings , so teh totla number of discs produced is very low.This is a very collectible  disc . This example is in very fine overall condition. Jacket shows moderate shelf wear, 1 small bend on single corner. Disc plays perfectly, and has never been played at a force higher than 1 gram. When viesed with high angle incident light playing surface shows some background blemishes that have no effect on playing quality or sound. Disc has been in climate controlled storage for nearly 30 years.
