Shelley Fabares - Johnny Angel white label PROMO 45. B-side is "Where's it gonna get me?" With the rare picture sleeve. Also comes with the PROMO letter. This is a RARE piece. The letter itself dated January 22nd, 1962 and goes on to read Dear Editor. Shelley Fabares as Mary Stone, Donna Reed's TV daughter. Will make her singing debut on "the Donne Reed Show" Thursday Feb 1 (ABC-TV, 8-8:30 p.m, EST)..."enclosed is a record of the song she'll sing on the show- - "Johnny Angel". We thought you might like to try it on your turntable and then hear Shelley sing it on TV. This is the PROMO 45. Rarely seen, if seen at all. How many have you seen? The 45 itself looks great, hardly any play wear at all. The picture sleeve shows minimal wear, as these weren't protected back in those days, and it's also 50 years old this year. Little corner wear. No stains, rips, writings, or tears though. A few creases at the bottom of one of the sides. Which is typical of these. Not many of these, if any of these pop-up. This is the promo white label. Most of the sleeves have terrible creases and stains. This one is a standout copy. Three day and final listing. I've listed this before and had a ton of watchers every time. With the listing fees and all, this will be my last listing. If this doesn't sell this go around. I'll throw it back in the chest it's been sitting in. Thanks.
