Comments: “I've Been Hurt (So Many Times Before)" b/w "Heart To Heart" is a great powerpop/punk/mod 45 by the Norwich band Silent Noise. The single came out in 1979 on their own Easy Records label in a limited edition of 1000 copies. Band members were Neil Currier (vocals), Steve Fowler (guitar), Dave Smith (bass) and Polo (drums). Silent Noise finally split up in 1981.
Both sides play very well and it would be graded as an EX- apart from a visible line across part of Side 1.
GRADING TERMS:
MINT (M): The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as lyric sheet etc are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT (EX): The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover etc might have slight wear/creasing. VERY GOOD (VG): The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and occasional light scratch. Normal wear on the sleeve etc. GOOD (G): The records sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with distortion and mild scratches. The sleeve etc may be folded, scuffed, split or discoloured. FAIR (F): The record is still just playable, but displays considerable surface noise. It may even jump. The sleeve may be torn, stained or defaced.All of the above gradings may have either "+" or "-" to reflect their condition more accurately.
Wherever possible we listen to the vinyl to give an accurate appraisal of it's condition. Due to a lack of time available some records will have been visually graded. Your purchase can be sent to anywhere in the world using 'Airmail'. Please contact us for the cost of sending to your country. Do you accept returns? Returns are accepted up to 10 days after date of purchase. A full refund will be issued for faulty items. A refund minus the postage costs will be issued for any items purchased in error.
