Description

"I Know You / Hey! / In the Dark / Can We Rebuild Our City?," by Silver Leaf, released on A Major Record Company in the U.S. in 198?. Fantastic obscurity here out of Ohio, a weird mix of synth wave and AOR, with lo-fi angles and lazy, deadpan vocals. I doubt many of these were released - my own copy has a promp sheet that explains that they only sent out copies to radio stations and reviewers who expressed interest. Check my other auctions for another single by the group, essentially two people, a female vocalist and lyricist and a guy who used to play in 70's jazz rock group Zephyr. Vinyl in excellent condition.
