An S&G fan - well I can't argue that there aren't MANY copies out there....there are like...MANY! BIGLY! ha
But every now and again you happen upon a copy which takes it outside the USUAL DELIVERY. if you are a S&G mentalist - like me - you will really want a good one to get this classic nailed properly.
An original 1st press in STEREO. Matrix A1/B2. Textured labels - and the label design is very 1st design with a 'Bold No.2' - essentially a very minor print error. But indicative of a VERY  early copy. And so is the vinyl weight - weighing in at 160 grams...it means business! The heavy-set vinyl comes housed in an original Upton cover front laminated - original stickered for stereo [the very 1st]. And an original inner. So 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex-) In great condition and has only seen relatively light use. Under close inspection I can only make out a couple of slight marks per side, one quite superficial trail on side 2. Fully tested NOTHING troublesome that will cause these deep grooves issue..  A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT playback with just one minor deviation per side.... Intros and inbetweens are nice and clean and the audio comes across great clarity. Given it is very fussy a REALLY clean player..... You would struggle to better it. At worst a few brief crackles in one isolated spot per side. Basically, on this fussy title...an excellent strike rate. Spoken word at end of side 1 - clean as a whistle. Mrs Robinson absolute perfection. Wowzer. Delicate detailed...and cllllleeeeeeeeeeean.
Cover (Ex) Front looks amazing with minimal handling signs. Hardly any signs on the rear - extremely unusual on this title. Spine is 99% intact. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity. A real feel of quality on this 1st issue.
Inner (Ex) No splits. No ageing. Wowzer
