Description
Sensation: nobody thinks that this Lp exists, but it does: the real 1964 US pressing of a MONO WM 3 AM.
Until spring 1965 Columbia Records used the "Guaranteed High Fidelity" for their MONO pressings. Then they changed to the well known MONO 360° with arrows in white letters. The WM 3 AM Lp came out in October 1964 and it was a flop and the LPs were withdrawn and deleted. Very few MONO with GHF were sold. Two years later S&G had their famous "Sounds of Silence" hit. Then the WM 3 AM was reissued.

This LP is much rarer than the MONO pressing of "Bookends"
