Description

Original 1980 UK pressing of Simple Minds – Empires And Dance on Zoom Records (SPART 1140).


Includes original lyric/photo insert and original inner sleeve.


Dead wax includes “Nick W” mastering signature.

First pressing with green water coloured labels and black text.
Matte picture sleeve with lyric insert. 5000 copies pressed only.

Vinyl is Near Mint and appears very lightly played with excellent gloss.


Cover is EX due to some light foxing/aging spots visible on the white sleeve, but still presents very well overall with no major seam splits or heavy wear.


A fantastic early UK post-punk/new wave pressing and increasingly collectible original issue.


Record will be ultrasonically cleaned before shipping.
