This is from my Aunts personal collection who recently passed, she took very good care of her records as she was a musician.  
I am not sure how these ratings go for records, but I will do my best to rate the record condition with an explanation added.
Cover Very Good  -minor corner dings
Sleeve -the does have a bent corner and record rings but still in good condition.
Vinyl Looks Great Plus or Excellent - looks and sounds great
