This single was issued as an accompaniment to the Siouxsie: Dream Show tour of 2004.  The catalogue number is SIOUX17 and it was released on the SIOUX record label.

Although the picture shows the record out of the white sleeve, it is in fact still sealed - I have used a stock picture.

There is a small tear at the join of the gatefold sleeve, about 0.75cm, otherwise everything is in near mint or better condition, including the ticket.

I will package everything between layers of strong cardboard or similar so as to provide protection in the post.
