Hand-typed Lyrics to The Sisters of Mercy record Alice

I've had these lyrics for many years and have heard that they don't exist! A bit odd but there you are. They are typed and signed boldly at bottom by Andrew Eldritch on Sisters of Mercy headed paper, Leeds. A true piece of gold dust.

That's the good news, the bad news is the sheet has damp marks across it where the previous owner kept it in his loft. There is also a tear but this is unrecogniseable when displayed. Personally I don't think the damage takes anything anyway from what is a genuine, historic item that really got the gothic movement going. Thank you for looking.
