Description

Up for bid is a set of six (6) volumes in the Time-Life Big Bands half-speed mastered series, each volume with two LPs and an information sheet inside, all made from masters controlled by RCA Records. They are as follows: (#1) Glenn Miller, (#2) Tommy Dorsey, (#3) Benny Goodman, (#4) Harry James, (#6) Artie Shaw and (#10) Jimmy Dorsey. All records look to be in excellent condition with no warping or damage, but I did not play them or test them, so I am obligated to list them "as-is". The boxes are relatively intact but had been stored in a musty area and so there is that characteristic musty smell and some discoloration from most of the boxes. Found at an estate sale; please view all photos closely as they are part of the description.
