ARTIST: Skip James
LABEL: Vanguard ?– VSD 79273 (1968 Stereo)
TITLE: Devil Got My Woman
CONDITION:
SLEEVE: The front cover has bright clean graphics but has a thin upraised line running the length of the front cover along his face. Looks like the slick was not pasted down flatly there. The back cover is a clean VG++w/ just a little light wear. Has a couple spots of seam wear and tiny spots of wear at the corners and a small top right corner bend.
RECORD: Gorgeous! Looks & plays almost NM w/ just a few random revolutions of very light background surface noise / By the spindle hole it looks like this LP may have been played once / VPI cleaned
COMMENTS: Great original white label promo copy of this killer LP from legendary Blues Man Skip James, accompanying himself on guitar & piano. Come w/ original Vanguard inner sleeve
NOTE: VPI cleaned means that this record was cleaned on a professional $500 cleaning machine, which does wonders for the playback of all vinyl records!
