JACKET: Very Good Plus, light wear to the edges, moderate to heavy wear to the corners with light wear to the front and back                                                                                
                                                                                                                               
      
LP:        Near Mint to Mint, still sealed in what is assumed to be the original factory shrink wrap, assumed to be mint                                         a 3" diameter hole in the shrink wrap near the upper right corner on the front                                         a large piece of clear packing tape wrapped around the spine
