Description

Slayer Show No Mercy vinyl Metal Blade Records 1983 original first pressing. 
Up for sale is my copy of Slayer's classic Show No Mercy. 
This is a silver label but with small press ring, and has the etchings from the first run, which include 

  • Matrix / Runout (Side 6 runout etched): S-11348- MBR-1013-E-1034-A "SATAN LAUGHS AS YOU ETERNALLY ROT" KPG/MCA
  • Matrix / Runout (Side 66 runout etched): S-11349- MBR-1013-B-E-1034-B "S.L.A.Y.E.R." KPG/MCA

The outer cover has only very minor wear (see pictures) but the lyrics insert and record itself are in immaculate condition. This record has remained unplayed in my collection since it was purchased new save for an initial listen. It has a plastic inner sleeve. 
As a tape trading kid in the 80s, most of my records got put on cassette immediately upon purchase and put away into my collection.
This is a super rare find and a piece of metal history.
  You just can't find this condition record outside of a sealed copy.
