How I grade my records:

*EXCELLENT: mint condition with the most minimal of wear, if any. A good shine.
*VERY GOOD: evidence of having been played, a good shine but there may be some marks & scratches.
*GOOD: lots of marks, played well over the years may have lost it's shine and would benefit from a clean.
*POOR: only really selling due to scarcity of a particular title, otherwise probably best if thrown out. Signs of extreme use or very poor storage over the years.
