You're bidding on a like-new, never-played copy of the Touch & Go label's deluxe 2014 reissue of Slint's landmark Spiderland. This box includes two vinyl LPs, two CDs and an NTSC-compatible DVD. The outer slipcase is hand-numbered 792 out of an edition of 3,138 copies in total.
Contents of this box set include the Spiderland LP, remastered on 180-gram vinyl, plus 14 previously unreleased outtakes and demos personally selected by Slint, all packaged in heavyweight gatefold LP jackets. A 104-page book features more than 100 never-before-seen photos documenting Slint's entire history, as well as lyrics to the songs on Spiderland, and a foreword by Will Oldham, while the DVD contains Breadcrumb Trail, a new, never-before-seen, 90-minute documentary about the band and the making of Spiderland.
Mail-order buyers also received a reproduction Slint tour t-shirt: this light blue Fruit of the Loom heavy cotton shirt is sized XL. While the outer slipcase contains signs of shelf wear consistent with age, none of the music has ever been played, and the t-shirt has never been washed or worn.
