Description

Slits - Typical Girls 7" single - Antilles - 1979 First US Pressing w/ poster sleeve - VG+
This was the debut release by The Slits, issued in the US by Antilles Records (a division of the band's UK label, Island Records) in September 1979.
There was only one original US pressing of this release. Features full color poster sleeve with the cover photo from the band's Cut LP (which was issued concurrently with this single). Black vinyl, plain inner sleeve. Please feel free to verify features of various release versions on Discogs if you have any concerns.
Overall condition is VG+, Vinyl is VG+, slight scuffing. Sleeve is VG with some storage creasing, a few small tears, and ring wear on the back.

  • Founding member Palmolive had already left the band (replaced by Budgie) by the time this was recorded.
