5B/8A Matrix Numbers !! 

Sleeve is in VG Condition (has ring wear on both sides also has creasing on the front edge, see pics).

Vinyl is in VG Condition (both sides have surface marks but it plays fine + it has spindle wear on both labels, see pics).
