Folks, here we have one of the TOP and most important "Mod albums" of ALL TIME !
The 1967 From The Beginning by Small Faces.
Original true 1st UK Mono pressing, with unboxed Decca label, and with very early mothers/stampers.
So, this example is printed with the EARLIEST POSSIBLE Mothers/Stampers 1B on the A-Side, being as close to the Master Tapes as can be,
and the B-side 1G is also very early! How cool is that !?
The album is rare on it´s own, but with THAT early stampers....it´s just even better, and what the hard-core collectors want in their collection.
This LP is easily one of the most essential MOD albums to come out of the 1960´s UK Rock/Psych scene,
very sought after by collectors worldwide, so don´t miss out on an EARLY true 1st UK pressing !
A must in every 60´s collection!
Vinyl: EX (-) condition.
Has some faint surface lines, but nothing deep.
Plays very well with just some slight background noise, mostly noticable at the quitet parts,
but nothing that destroys the music. Plays better than EX- !
Cover VG++ condition
A good cover with nothing major really, no seam-splits.
A laminate bubble in the lower front left. a few faint creases and bend marks,
a smal sticker on the back, and wobc bringing the grading down a bit.
Overall a more then ok cover! These are usually pretty beaten up!
Since i got one negative feedback from a donkey "privat buyer" saying i over graded the $15 record (what a laugh) even though i explained to him i also use EX in my grading system!
It´s just an unfair feedback from an ignorant buyer! Just look at all my other 155+ 100% satisfied customers!
So just to keep this from not happening again, here is the way i grade my records, and all my records are visually graded, if nothing else says in the auction:
