Good Condition. Product is in open retail packaging.

THE AEROPLANE FLIES HIGH contains the original 33 track version across five, 180 gram LPs, and is re-mastered by Bob Ludwig. It also features unique packaging with embossed foil wrap and twinkle stock for jackets.

We DO NOT ship internationally. 

Items must be paid for within 48 hours of the end of the auction.  If items are present after 7 days from sale date, they will be re-listed.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

RETURN POLICY

Q: What Is Your Return Policy?
A: We offer a 14 day return on all defective items. If there is an issue with your order, just contact us - we'll either send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

Q: Do I Need To Contact You Before Returning An Item?
A: Yes, you must contact us before returning any item.

Q: How Does Return Shipping Work?
A: Return shipping is FREE for all defective returns. We include a pre-paid USPS or UPS Return Label as part of the RMA email (US Only).  Freight Items are not included in the Free return shipping policy

Q: Do You Charge A Restocking Fee?
A: No, not for defective returns. Non-defective returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee ($10 minimum).  Orders that are not picked up after 7 days from the auction end, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be given, minus a 20% restocking fee.

Q: Do you charge sales tax 

Sales tax of 8.75 percent will be added to your total bill to address within NY state.  This cannot be changed

Q: How Much Does Shipping Cost?
A: The shipping rates are clearly specified at the top of the listing.  The items typically will ship by USPS or UPS.  TCTJSALES will select the shipping method.

Q: When Will My Order Ship?
A: We ship within 24 hours Excluding Weekends and Holidays for most order. When your order ships, you will be emailed tracking information.

Q: Do You Offer A Combined Shipping Discount?
A: Yes and NO. When purchasing multiple items, you will receive a shipping discount of 50 percent off the shipping of each additional item that is considered by us an item that we can combine. 

We sell alot of larger items.  Those can not be combined as they will be damaged in shipping.  We will make every effort to save you money on shipping by combining orders. 

 When finished purchasing please use ebays combine invoice. Do not pay for items until you are done with your ordering

FREIGHT SHIPPING: For all items over 150 lbs

  In order to keep shipping costs down, we use multiple carriers and choose the one that is most cost effective when shipping to your area. Economy shipping ($149), is from our warehouse to the specific carrier's NEAREST FREIGHT TERMINAL. T &T Trading has no way of knowing the specific terminal the carrier will determine to be nearest your location.

If you would like to have it delivered to your home address please choose the Standard Shipping ($209).

OPTIONAL FREIGHT SERVICES: (please note the optional fees are for your convenience
and are not required for your package to arrive safely and in a timely manner)

IF YOU USE ECONOMY SERVICES YOU WILL HAVE TO PICK YOUR ITEM UP AT THE CARRIER'S CLOSEST FREIGHT TERMINAL TO YOUR LOCATION.

PLEASE INSPECT ALL FREIGHT SHIPMENTS BEFORE THEY ARE TAKEN FROM TRUCK OR TERMINAL.  We do not provide return Shipping cost for freight Items

A: Yes please contact us for address and time to pickup. 

Q: What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
A: For eBay listings we accept PayPal only.

Q: How Long Do I Have To Pay For My Order?
A: We allow 48 hours to complete payment. If not paid in full by 48 hours, your order will be cancelled and an Unpaid Item Notice filed.  If an item is not picked up after 7 days from the sale date, we will return the item to inventory to resell.

Communication

We will try and return all emails within 12 hours. It might take us a little bit longer on the weekends so please be patient with us
