Glinka: overture "Russlan and Ludmilla" / Tchaikovsky: "Romeo and Juliet" - Fantasy overture after Shakespeare / Smetana: "Vltava" (The Moldau) - symphonic poem from "Ma Vlast" (My Country) / Moussorgsky (arr. Rimsky-Korsakov): Night on the Bare Mountain. Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Andre Previn. Superb performance !!!

Label: Philips 416 382-1. White label sample copy so earliest pressing possible !! Cover has two small punch holes that indicates this came straight from the Philips / Phonogram archives where they marked sample copies this way. The vinyl of this Dutch 1987 digital stereo LP is near mint. Purchased from a former Philips/Phonogram employee. VERY RARE !!!
