Up for bid is a rare 7", "The Signifying Monkey / Listen To Me Baby," by Smokey Joe (Baugh). This was released by Sun (228) in 1956. Etched matrix info reads 45-U-170 / 45-U-171. 45 is a solid VG+, with several tiny faint scuffs on either side. 45 is very clean and retains a nice gloss. Interior labels are very clean, have visible "push marks," and have no spindle wear (see pictures). On the bottom of the side with "The Signifying Monkey," there is a printer glitch in the bottom "Memphis, Tennessee" logo - the logo is not printed evenly (see pictures). This 45 comes from a great collection of rare 45s and 7" EPs that we recently acquired. Keep watching, because there is more to come!
