Description
You are looking at what is most likely the world's last available untouched factory sealed Solstice LP from it’s 1977 pressing. Accompanying the LP are two new factory sealed mini LPs (CDs), of the same album.The CDs come from a 2011 limited edition reissue imported from Riverman Music in Seoul South Korea. The CD is packaged in a silky inner sleeve and comes with additional liner notes and band photos. The CD also has two additional tracks of Solstice playing live.
After discovering the Solstice LP, Riverman music wanted to get this musical gem distributed in South Korea. It was expertly remastered from the original tape archive using modern mastering technology. The resulting sound quality is great, even better than the LP. Solstice was one of the great Minneapolis MN based bands playing funky Jazz Fusion with vocals and instrumentals.
With collectors in mind, one of the CDs can remain unopened in your collectables area with the LP. You can enjoy listening to the other CD and play it for others without disturbing the LP and matching mini LP set.
