Description
We rely on visual examinations unless a record is very valuable, or I want to check something. This means we will occasionally miss a fault. If this happens, you will receive a full refund or a negotiated one if you think the fault is small enough to keep the item at a reduced price.
OUR GRADING POLICY:-
I NEVER call a used record MINT. MINT is for a sealed record, or one I bought new and played once.
I only use MINT MINUS for a record or jacket that has NO sign of use.
EXCELLENT++ means I can see no faults and the record does not look as if it has been played much.
EXCELLENT+ means I can find no faults but spindle marks shows it has often been played.
EXCELLENT indicates faint marks that do not sound significantly for an old record. (ALL records over 50 years old have SOME background noise. If you need the quietest surface I strongly recommend 180-200gm re-issues.)
GOOD and Good + means there are problems - as described.
