Item Description

The Performance

An essential piece of Black Arts Movement history. This 1971 release from Folkways Records (FL 9793) features the iconic Sonia Sanchez performing her radical, jazz-infused poetry. This isn't just a record; it’s a rhythmic, spoken-word time capsule of the early 70s.

Condition Details

  • Vinyl: [Very Good] – Clean and well-preserved. (Note: Owned in a personal collection since 2009).
