Sonny & Cher "The Beat Goes On"
This is a US vinyl Test Pressing on Atco SD 11000 from 1975. It comes in a plain white cover with the info sheet taped on the front and some writing at top right. The record comes out of the top of the cover. The labels are Presswell Records with no writing on them.
Test pressings are the earliest pressing of an album. It is for the artists, producer, and other technical staff to approve the pressing quality. It is made before the cover and labels have been printed. Test pressings are always rare.
The matrix numbers are hand etched : Side 1 : ST-C-753487-A . and Side 2 : ST-C-753488-A.
The songs are : The Beat Goes On, I Got You Babe, What Now My Love, Just You, Laugh At Me, Baby Don't Go, Little Man, Tonight I'll Be Staying Here With You, I Walk On Guilded Splinters, Sing C'Est La Vie, It's The Little Thing, and Do Right Woman Do Right Man.
Overall Condition is : Cover : VG+ / Record : M-
The cover is VG+. There is very light wear and some wrinkles on the right side of the info sheet. It is taped on the front cover with yellowing masking tape. The vinyl looks mint and it plays near mint. The labels are clean with no spindle marks. The record comes in a plain white inner sleeve.

I started collecting records in 1966. I started selling in Goldmine in 1985. I now sell records at all Northwest record conventions : Portland, Seattle, Tacoma, Olympia, Eugene, Grants Pass, and Canby. And at Crossroads Music in Portland, Oregon. I sell 7" singles on Discogs as 'Fraglerecords'. My records are from a no smoking and no pets home. I am a record collector, no a DJ, so I almost never plays my records.

I will send your record as soon as you pay ( same day if before 3 PM and next day if after 3 PM) Monday through Saturday.
Packaging :
I take great care on every package and I do each one personally. I will package this record between two pieces of hand cut cardboard. Each piece is 1/2 inch thick, triple strength industrial cardboard. I always remove the record from the cover and seal them in a plastic sleeve. The package will be marked in red : 'Fragile Record' on both sides.
