Description

Original deep-groove pressing of Sonny Criss "At the Crossroads" on the blue and silver labels of Progressive LP 91. The playing surface is nearly immaculate - bright and clean - with the moderate level of luster that is typical of Progressive pressings; there is a ½" x 1 ¾" darkening on each label - but no damage - probably from a removed sticker. The original cover is in superb condition, bright and clean throughout; 1" ding at the top right corner and 1" break at the center of the bottom seam. Usually the covers to this record show some significant wear/rubbing. This cover, however, has been extremely well-kept: the front has only the slightest light rubbing at the right and top, while the back looks nearly new. Personnel includes Bob Cranshaw and Walter Perkins.
