Jackets are easy to find. 

   Vinyl is in VG- condition. It may grade a little higher. I still play this record occasionally.  It's terrific to listen to.   I just upgraded to another copy. There is some background noise, also some clean sounding areas. A couple minor scuffs and some surface scratches. Nothing major. 
Still a lot of original luster. 
Also some terrific sounds still coming from the engineering. 
A side plays through except the last 20 seconds or so at the end. There is a skip at the end. It doesn't look like there there should be a skip. B side plays through all the way.
