Description
Up for auction is a "white label" Riverside Records RLP 12-241first mono pressing of Sonny Rollins - The Sounds of Sunny vinyl LP from 1957. This is the first pressing with the WHITE labels with "Bill Grauer Productions" printed at the bottom. The sleeve is in VG- condition, but does have some seam splitting along the top and bottom. I have done my best to capture in the photos. There is also some slight discoloration and very minimal ring wear visible. The vinyl is also in VG-, and does show some surface play and swirl marks. The record plays through without skips and with minimal sound distortion from these marks. This is the first US pressing and is becoming exceedingly harder to come by.
