Description
This is the original deep groove RVG-etched pressing of “Sonny Rollins” on the West 50th St. labels of Prestige PRLP 7029. The playing surface is in near-new condition, with a high luster. The coated reverse-frame West 50th St. cover is clean throughout with light age-toning on the back slick; light rubbing on all seams; the bottom seam has ¼” wear at the spine and 1” wear at the opening; printing error has “7020” on the front, but the corrected “7029” on the back. Personnel include Kenny Drew, Percy Heath, Art Blakey, and the Modern Jazz Quartet. $250.00.
