Description
This is ESP-Disk 1030,Sonny Simmons Staying On The Watch, a white label, original stereo issue, with DBH in the dead wax, featuring John Hicks, Teddy Smith, Barbara Donald and Marvin Pattillo. The record is near mint showing almost no signs of wear. The labels are perfect. The cover (in original shrink wrap) has small bumps on the corners,but is otherwise excellent and intact showing the 156 5th Ave. address. A superb collector's grade copy of this very rare original issue, offered with no reserve. The record was cleaned on a VPI 17 and played on a Linn Sondek LP12.
