LP signed on the cover by Dave Pirner, Ryan Smith & Jeremy Tappero (his signature is slightly smeared - bottom right). This was signed in person at a local record store & NOT a record company presigned promo. LP is new/unplayed and only opened for the cover to be signed. Includes copies of ad for the signing event, signing line ticket & my receipt showing that I was there in person.
