Sparklehorse - Good Morning Spider - UK vinyl first press - PARLOPHONE - VG+
For sale is my copy of the sophomore Sparklehorse LP 'Good Morning Spider' on the original 1998 vinyl pressing from Parlophone. In fact, this UK edition was the only original pressing on vinyl in any territory and is justifiably renowned as the sonic apex of this masterpiece in any format since its release.
Vinyl VG+: this is a beautifully glossy and flat pressing, with tidy labels, and superficial scuffs from sleeve removal congruent with a 20-year-old record. I have play tested it and it sounds beautiful, detailed and airy throughout with precisely zero skips or pops. There is zero 'non-fil' and this is an exemplar of vinyl in an era where vinyl was regarded as a fading format;
Sleeve / Inner VG+: both in wonderful shape with two minor corner bumps congruent with the age of the record, and two approx. 2-inch seam splits on the inner.

The vinyl is stored in an archival-standard MoFi inner sleeve and has been professionally cleaned on an RCM using L'Art du Son.
