Spike Jones and his City Slickers 

16-inch Electronic Transcription

Rarest of the rare!
Looks like a "record" but technically these are referred to as "electronic transcriptions, the precursor to LPs.
This is a 33 1/3 rpm "record" but it's 16 inches diameter, where an LP is 12.
These were distributed to radio stations for play on the air. I got it when I worked in radio. Stations had LARGE turntables in order to play these recordings.
Date written on the label - "3/14/45 replacement"

I know nothing of grading vinyl -- in fact I have had it hanging on a wall for years.

Again if you don't have the large turntable, you won't be able to play this.
